A certificate of delivery for every document.

Ask for a certificate and DocuTrack issues a PDF report of the document’s delivery and every recipient’s opens — fingerprinted, timestamped by an independent authority, and checkable by anyone through its QR code.

DocuTrack — the document behind the certificate

What a certificate holds.

Who and when

Each recipient, when the document was delivered to them, and when and how often they opened it.

Document fingerprint

A SHA-256 hash of the document itself: change one byte of the file and the fingerprint no longer matches.

Record fingerprint

A SHA-256 hash of the tracking record at the moment of issue, signed by DocuTrack.

Trusted timestamp

An RFC 3161 timestamp from an independent timestamp authority records when the certificate was issued.

A QR code

It opens a public page with the certificate’s details, so anyone can compare them with the PDF in their hands.

Evidence bundle

One download holds the document, the certificate and the full activity log.

Checked by anyone, in a browser.

The verify page shows who issued the certificate, the document, both fingerprints and the trusted timestamp, and offers the full report to download. Nobody needs an account to check it.

DocuTrack — the public verify page of a certificate

A certificate is a record of what DocuTrack observed — deliveries and opens — at the time it was issued. Whether it is enough for a particular legal or regulatory purpose is a question for your own advisers.

Know when it’s opened.

Send your next document with a tracked link for every recipient — on WhatsApp or by email, with a certificate of delivery at the end.
