How much does DocuTrack cost?
DocuTrack runs on credits, priced in rand. Every new account starts with 20 free credits. Packages of 1,000 to 10,000 credits cost from R500, or buy any amount from 100 to 100,000 credits: the more you buy, the less each credit costs, from 60c down to 40c.
What does a credit pay for?
Sending a document costs 10 credits, with its first recipient, and each further recipient of the same document 2 credits — so one document to 50 people is 108 credits. Reminders, passwords, alerts and certificates of delivery cost nothing.
How do we pay?
Securely through PayFast, in rand: owners and admins buy credits in the portal under Billing, Credits, in the app, or when signing up on the website. The credits are added as soon as PayFast confirms the payment, and the tax invoice is emailed. For larger amounts, ask for a quote or an invoice to pay by bank transfer.
Are credits shared by our team?
Yes. Credits belong to the company, and everyone in it sends from the same balance. Owners and admins see every credit used in the credit history.
