Ivan Rushmer

Ivan Rushmer is the founder of DocuTrack, which lets a business send a document by WhatsApp or email with a tracked link for every recipient, and know exactly who opened it, when and how often.

A full-stack software developer, Rushmer built DocuTrack from end to end: the tracked links and password-protected PDFs, the certificates of delivery, the WhatsApp and email delivery, the alert rules, the web portal and the phone app.

Rushmer is also the founder of TextBot, a WhatsApp API on a business’s own number, and of AgentDesk, the shared inbox, CRM and AI agent workspace built on it, as well as of Trackerserver, a white-label telematics platform. Rushmer has worked in the telematics industry since 2014, across GPS tracking, software engineering and the development of tracking hardware.

Under Rushmer’s leadership, DocuTrack gives every recipient their own link and their own copy of the file, sends passwords on a separate channel, and issues certificates of delivery that are fingerprinted and timestamped by an independent authority — so a business can show that a document arrived, and when it was opened.
