How DocuTrack protects documents and data.

Documents reach only the people you send them to, private ones stay encrypted, and every company’s data is kept apart — with a record of every change.

Links that are hard to guess, and revocable

Every recipient link is a long random token. Revoke one and it stops working at once.

Encrypted PDFs

Protected documents are encrypted with AES-256, with the password sent on a separate channel when the recipient opens their link.

Encrypted credentials

TextBot API keys, mail server passwords and document passwords are stored encrypted, never in plain text.

Companies kept apart

Each company sees only its own documents, contacts, users and channels.

Roles and an audit log

People see what their role allows, and sign-ins and changes are recorded.

Sign-in protection

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down, and changing a password signs out every other session.

Location only with consent.

Approximate location comes from the internet address of each open. Precise location is only ever collected when you ask for it and the recipient agrees in their own browser — and DocuTrack records it if they decline.

Know when it’s opened.

Send your next document with a tracked link for every recipient — on WhatsApp or by email, with a certificate of delivery at the end.
